A professional choice for medium to heavy fabrication work using MIG or Flux cored wire. It is made user friendly and is equipped with thermal protection. Built on IGBT invertor technology this machine is your only economical choice for the industry, maintaining its reliability for MIG and MMA applications.
E6013 electrodes are used for low arc penetration and flat smooth weld. These characteristics help electrodes to weld sheet metal. Due to smoother arc, minimum spatter and more uniform weld bead surface they can thin sheet metal such as galvanized sheet, automobile bodies, metal furniture, window frames, fences, storage tank, farm equipment and iron grills.
This electrode is used for welding 316L stainless steel structures operating below 300°C. It's commonly used in storage facilities for synthetic fibers, fertilizers, and petroleum products, offering excellent weld performance and strong resistance to intergranular corrosion. As manufactured locally, SS PRO™ offers cost effectiveness and assurance of availability all over the country and stands as an alternative to import products.

Hard facing electrodes are used to increase the service life of metal parts by restoring them to their original shape and size. A deposition of wear resistant surfaces on metal parts that have been worn down due to metal-to-metal friction, severe impact, severe abrasion or abrasion plus impact results in increased life of metal parts. Hard facing electrodes can also be can also be used for overlay to add a protective layer to carbon steel surface.
